What does the ideal candidate look like for one of our care worker jobs ?

 

Care worker positions

  • No prior experience necessary; full training will be offered
  • A kind, caring and compassionate personality
  • A warm and approachable character
  • Flexible working hours, including early mornings, evenings and weekends
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills
  • Clear spoken and written English
  • While not a requirement, being able to drive will certainly be an advantage

 

Senior care worker / Care coordinator positions

  • At least one year of care experience
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Leadership and communication skills
  • Interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Holding a level 3 qualifications in health & social care would be advantageous; however, we are willing to support somebody looking to complete their level 3 certification.
  • Knowledge and understanding of all regulatory and statutory requirements, including Care Quality Commission, health & safety and local authority requirements.
